It is believed that' the Mullah is planning a big raid.' Advices show that the plight of tho friendly tribes is a desperate one. ■, It is authoritatively stated, however, that thofo has been no change of policy with regard to Somaliland. Tho report possibly originated over some question arising from tho dispatch of reliefs from India to replace tho troops now stationed at Berbera.
