Larkiu's announcement of his proposed visit to the United States raises the similar question of admission as in the case of Mrs. Pankhurst. Mr. Huntington Wilson (Assi.it.ustSecrctary of the Department of State) says that the question, must be decided by the immigration officers. Ujitil tho actual arrival of Larkin it was impossible to gay what the decision iras likely to be. Mrs. Pankhurst's case was no precedent. ' Each ease must bo dealt with oh its merits.
