Henry Armstrong has been committed for trial on a cliargo of murdering Albert Edward Wilson, for whoso death tho former voluntarily admitted responsibility, Tho evidenco showed that Wilson was married and is aged 37, and a native of Wellington, New Zealand. Mrs. Armstong stated in her evidence that Wilson had written letters to her threatening to shoot her, and her husband, unless she did what 110 asked. She did not know why. Other evidenco showed that Wilson had told several people that 110 intended to go to Armstrong's 011 the nitdit of the tragedy and shoot him. 'Hie latter, who had been informed, bought a revolver for protection and when 110 opened the door to Wilson's summons, tho latter pointed a revolver at him. Armstrong lived and gavo chase, firing three more shots. Wilson did not fire. His revolver was not loaded.
