INSULTING LANGUAGE CHARGES. {By Telegraph— Pros? Association.) Foxtott, December 20. Before Mr. I'oynton, S.M., yesterday. E. W. Martin, secretary of tho local Waterside Workers' Union, was fined £3 and costs, cr in default a fortnight's imprisonment, for calling "scab" to one of Messrs: Levin and Co.'s employees, and Walter Walker, president of the union, was convicted for using insulting language to ft fireman on the- llimatangi.
