ANOTHER ORATOR CHARGED.
ARMSTRONG TO APPEAR -TO-DAY. Hubert Armstrong, a strike orator, is to appear in tho Magistrate's Court today to answer an application made by tho police that ho should find sureties of the peace. Tho application is being made' in respect of the following words alleged to have been spoken by him in a speech at Court-enay I'laco 011 December 7:
"So far thcro has not been n special constable on duty in Greymouth. I say this: If special constables . come there armed with batons, we shall meet them with revolvers, even if it costs us our lives."
