CHRISTMAS CAROLS.
On Monday evening, at tho Sydney Street Schoolroom, ihe choir of St. Paul's Pro-Cathedral (under the coiitluvtorsfiip of Mr. Robert Parker), will rentier several Christmas carols, and other music of a seasonable character. Tlie carols will embrace melodies of tho medieval typo, and, as well, compositions of tho modern school. In addition, items suited for tint boys and choirl men will be givjn, and altogether a highly"' enjoyable evening may bs looked forward to. An interesting foatulro will bo some remarks by Mr. Parker upon the origin of some of tho well-known airs.
