Tlio Interstate Commerce Commission lias reported that tliero were nearly threo hundred thousand violations of tho laws governing the employment of railway sorvants during tho past fiscal year. Tho Commission attributes tho lower efficiency on tho United States railways as being duo to the excessive demands on the employees' time.
