JUDGE'S COMMENT ON CREDIT BANK OF INDIA. ■ By Teleeraph—Press Association—CoDyrfirhi Bombay, December 18. A sensation lias been caused.through tlio arrest of JafFcr Gooalib, manager of the Credit Bank of India, for a breach of trust. Tlio Judge, during tho winding -up proceedings, strongly condemned tho bank's methods, and said that if half the auditors' allegations were correct tho company had been organised in au attempt to swindle tho public.
