HUERTA GRATEFUL.

A telegram to tho "Now York World" says that President Huerta has expressed his gratitude for the firm attitude of Admiral Fletcher (tho United States Naval Commander in Mexican waters) at Tampico. '
Ho says that Admiral Fletcher (who threatened to lire on both sides if tho rebels and Federals did not eeaso lighting in the vicinity of Tampico) undoubtedly saved millions of dollars' worth of property.
It is reported that General Villa, with GOOO men, has been surrounded, by 12,000 Federal troops.
