INDIANS DISSATISFIED.
WITH PERSONNEL OF SOUTH AFRICAN COMMISSION. By Telegraph-Press As«ociation-CopyriEh.t Durban, December 15. A large meeting of Indians passed a resolution protesting against tho constitution of the Commission to inquire into the Indian grievances, and urging the inclusion of Indian representatives. Tho chairman of tho meeting said they particularly objected to Mr. J. S. Wylie, K.C., on the ground that he is a member of tho Defence Force, wlioso high-handedness is ono of tho chief causes of the disturbances, and is .also antagonistic to the repeal of the polltax. The chairman added that Mr. Eswald Esselen (Legislative Councillor) was biased on Indian questions.
