4 A UNIFYING ARRANGEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyx^ehi (Rec. December 16, 1.6 a.m.) London, December 15. As the result of 'tho International Socialist Executive's visit to London, with tho object of unifying tho Independent Labour party, tho British Socialist party and tho Fabian Societies, an agreement has been reached to jointly approach tho British Labour party with a view to affiliation oil a common Parliamentary lino of action. Mr. Kcir IJardie's motion in favour of direct affiliation was withdrawn.
