Delegates representing some 2000 postal officials in London have formed a militant -union, and are adopting and following striko rules and tactics to 011forco their demand for a 15 per cent, increase. Meetings have been held for tlie purpose of' organising a strike in London and the provinces. (Rec. December 15, 10.5 p.m.) London, December 15. The postal officials in tlio Carlisle and Bristol districts have adopted rcsolufions in favour of an imniediato incrcaso of 15 per cent. 111 pay.
