<J PHOSPHORUS BY POST. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht (Rcc. December 14, 5.5 p.m.) London, December 13. A postal packet containing phosphorus addressed to Mr. Lloyd-Gcorgo exploded in.-tho East Strand Post Offico, damaging a number of letters. A similar packet was found at Charing Cross, inscribed "A protest against Mrs. Pankhurst's arrest."
