AUSTRIA RESENTS SERVIAN TARIFF. By Teleßrapli—Pro3s Association—Copyright (Rcc. December 14, 5.5 pirn.) Vienna, December 13. A new conflict is threatened between Austria-Hungary and Scrvia owing to the application of the higher Servian lecal tariff to freight traffic, on !be railway lino through Macedonia, from Mitrovitza to Salonika. Hitherto the old tariff, under the most-favoured-nation treaties, has ruled over this traffic. Germany and Austria have made a vigorous protest.
