Although tho Ministry's iinanci.il path will bo thorny, it possesses a chance of prolonging its existence for a few weeTts or months. M. Domerguo liaa addressed telegrams to M. Sazanoff, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Sir Edward Grey, the British Minister, assuring Russia and England of Franco's desire to maintain the cordial relations happily uniting tho two countries.
