Mr. Bonnr Law (Leader of tho Unionists), speaking at Carnarvon, said that tho chance of a settlement on tho Homo Iliilo question was smaller to-day than when tlio Prirmr Minister (Sir. Asquith) spoke at Ladybank. Tho Unionists regarded tho Leeds speech as tho closing of tho door of settlement.
