ALSATIAN RECRUITS PUNISHED.
FOR COMMUNICATING WITH THE PRESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyrirM Berlin, December 11. The Alsatian recruits concerned in the Zabcrn incident have been sentenced to six weeks' solitary confinement., and two others to three weeks', for communicating to tho press the remark of Lieutenant Foerstnor that he would give ten marks for "every Olsatian vagabond stabbed" —a remark which led to a sensational outburst of public fooling, and a lively scene in the Reichstag.
