Mexico City, December 11. A Bill lius been introduced in the Chamber authorising the giving to President Hucrta lull powers to conduct affairs in the Departments of War, Finance, and tho Interior. The Chamber authorised the raising of an internal loan of a hundred thousand pesos. Tho leader of the Catholic Party expressed his conviction that dictatorship was the only thing now that would save Mexico.
