Campbell (Port Chalmers), have boon called to Wellington to attend, a meeting of the Federation of Labour. They left this morning, and it is -understood a conference will be held in \Yellingtnn on Friday. Tho Invercargiil and Kittawa. arrived to-day. The latter brought GOO tons of sugar from Auckland. TJio Stnrmfols also arrived today. The total strength of tho Arbitration Union is now set down at'22o, of whom 70 wore: working the Kninpui. It is hoped that both slio and the Wanaka will get away to-morrow. Tim Dorset has discharged about WOO of hor 1800 tons, so that she, should bo able to sail to-morrow afternoon. On tho Twaltina good progress lias been made, and of tho iiOOO tons she brought only 1500 remain tinder hatches.
