The second ballot campaign is noiv in full swing, and both sides are making strenuous efforts to secure the balance, of the disputed seats. The local option count has been delayed until th? counting of the electoral volo has been completed. Though the official figures are not obtainable, it is; known that the city electorates have voted Continuance, while a dozen suburban electorates —AslifieM, Bur-wood, Canterbury, Dulwich Hill, Druhimoync, Granville, Gordon, Hurstrille, St, George, Slosman, Petersham, and Rydo —liavo carried reduction. It is understood that sover.il of the country electorates will also be found to be in favour of reduction when the final figures go up. On present figures there is a bare possibility of the Gloucester electorate going dry. (Rec. December 10, 10.80 p.m.) Sydney, December 10.
