Mr. Alexander Urc (Lord-Advocate for Scotland), to the Presidency of tho Scottish Court of Sessions—resalted as follows: — Mr. 11. Munro (Liberal), 1577; Mr. Mackenzie, 1134. (Rec. December 10, 10.30 p.m.) London, December 10. ■ Mr. Munro, in a speech after his election, declared that tho election had been fought solely on tho Home Rulo question.
