Catherine Brcshkovskaya, aged 70, and known as the '.'Grandmother of tho llevohitidn,-' 'nttottipted to escaped from, Kirensk (iii Ea'stcffl Siberia), whero sho has been exiled since 1910. The polico found her in a carriage at Yakutsk, disguised.as a man. She has preached revolution in Russia since 1874, when sho was first arrested and exiled to Siberia. She has since escaped and been rearrested several times.
