The Supreme Court has been _ occupied for two days with tho retrial of the co-mnensation case., Broad v. tho Crown, in which Mrs. W. K. Broad clamiod £2000 as tho result of a collision between a motor cycle which, her husband was riding and. a train, at a lovelerassma, at- Marton, last April, and in which her husband was killed.' No new facts were disclosed in evidence. The jury awarded £2000 damages, with costs. Certain lnw points wore reset ved for arsumont.
