I Unfavuurablo climatic conditions j havo continued into tho fourth day of ! tho Auckland Exhibition, and the greater degroo of enthusiasm which may reasonably bo anticipated remains deferred. Still undaunted, however, tho officials responsible for the success of tho undertaking aro fastening their hopes on brighter days to come, at, tjio same time pointing out that under the circumstances the attendances _ havo been very satisfactory. Tho official es- , timatc of tho number present on-tlio first three davs gives a total of 33,000, | and out of this 18.000 paid at the gates, tho remainder consisting of seasonticket holders, etc. Last night an amateur athletic meeting was held in the cricket ground adjoining the Exh;lition, and to-day an art flower show is eventuating in the Concert Hall. To-morrow a two days' children's flowershow and carnival will commence.
