STRATFORD SHOW.
(By Telegraph.—Press AEeociatlon.) Stratford, December 3. The opening day of tho Stratford show was not favoured with the best of weather, rain falling at midday after a bright morning. Still, tho day was warm, and thero was intermittent sunshine.' The general attendance was excellent, and tho show a big success. Championship awards so far arc:— Holsteiu bull. Mr. Newton King (New Plymouth); Ayrshire bull, Mr. W. Hall (Lcpporton); Ayrshire cow, Mr. T. H. Colpman (Rcikorangi). "I'm so perplexed," said one farmer to another. "This hot Weather I don't know how to get my milk thoroughly cooled before sending it to the factory. "Well." said the other, "there is only one efficient way and that is by using Parton Coolers.
