W. T. MILLS IN COURT.

HIS CASE DISMISSED. (3y Teleeraph.--Press Association;) Cliriatcfcurch, December 3. W. T. Mills-was charged at tho Magistrate's Court to-day with holding a public meeting at Sumner, so as to obstruct traffic. Evidenco was given to tho effect that Mills addressed tho crowd on the Esplanade from a motor-car, and there was some disorder. A constable asked the driver to move on, and ho did so promptly. Tho constable know-no individual who obstructed. Mills said that there was no obstruction. Directly lie learned' that the car was trespassing on. the footpath ho moved on, Tho case was dismissed.
