Ralph Milburu, AValter John Kcmsley, Edward William Idle, Bruce Anthony C'uthbertson, and Alfred Edward Kemsley were charged on remand with conspiring with Raymond Ewart Kemsley, William Croivle, Cecil Thomas' Bray, Charles Hroivii Kellow, Isaac Fii:aekerley. and others, to defraud His Majesty's Customs of duty on motorcars, cycles, tires, and accessories imported into Australia by means of false, invoices cud declarations, between January, 1003, and June, 1910. Tho Magistrate overruled an objection by Mr. Bodkin, K.C., against the production of documents handed over by Mr. Kellow to Australian Customs authorities. The reading of tho documents occupied several hours. The case was further adjourned for a week.
