A CYCLIST KILLED.
COLLISION WITH A THAMCAIt. (Br TilcErttßh.-Proee Association.) Duftoditl, December 1. Alfred Tennyson Moss, aged 5?2, met his dentil this evening tinder tragic circumstances. It appears that Moss was riding a bicycle along tho tramline on his way homo at No. 57 Fraiio Street, North-East Valley, shortly after 5 o'clock, and that w'hen near George Street School a soutlnvnnMjound ,tramcar, driven by Motorman Ijcnz, came into, view oil tho parallel track, and simultaneously a motfir cyclist .camo along behind Moss, and the latter evidently intended to make way for it. Instead, however, of steering towards tho left hand, Moss cut light across tho on-coming car, and was struck .by its left-hand' corner and 'hurled to tbo ground. Ho was unconscious when picked tip, and was at onco taken to tho hospital, where ho died a little before 6 o'clock, without recovering consciousness,
