"SPECIALS" FOP, THE WEST COAST. (3y Telegraph.—Press Association.) Christchurch, November 29, It is reported that arrangements are in hand for the dispatch of 400 "specials" to the West Coast in consequence of troubles there. The authorities make 110 statement 011 tlio subject. There are 300 mounted and 100 foot specials still at Addington camp, in addition io the forces at Lyttelton and at the city barracks. The continued presence of so many suggests that outside service is possible.
