Washington, November 29. ■ Tlirco American battleships, now touring in tho Mediterranean,' have been ordered to proceed immediately to the East Coast of Mcxico to replaco three battleships, which liavo been ordered home for some reason'unknown. Tho Fourth Naval Division has been ordered to sail for Mexican waters on December 20.
