TO IU? IVE HEARD. (IJy Telegraph-Special Correspondent.) Wanganui, November At the last sitting of the Supremo Court here the jury disagreed in a. case in wliicb Mrs. L. Hroad sued the Railway Department for £2000 compensation for the death of her husband, v.'ho was killed at a lovcl-erossint: at Marton. Tlifi ease is to lie re-heard at a sitting of the Court here next week, and, in view of the issues involved and the large number of motorists on this (.'oast, it is exciting more than usual interest.
