The Admiralty has revised tho regulations governing the entry or training ship cadets, and provided that if boys are rejected on grounds of medical unfitness, parents will ho allowed to appeal to a Medical Board. Parents must allow their sous £50 per annum during their cadetship, and £20 during their acting sub-lieutenancy. Cadets must bo upwards of 13 years and 4 months, and not over 13 years and 8 mouths of age on admission. SENGHNYDD DISASTER. FUND. London, November 24.
