In threo days the Kaiapoi has discharged at tho Breakwater- 7uo tons of general cargo of exceedingly varied description, and loaded nearly 1000 tons, chiefly cheese, and including about 3U "tons of petroleum products. Tho.-new watersiders have handled ,the : Cargo excellently, and there is an abunidance of labour offering^
