ENGINE JUMPS TRACK AND FALLS INTO A LAKE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright . Ottawa, November 21. The engine of the first section of the Canadian Pacifio Railway Company's .Transcontinental train fell into a lake east of Fort William, after jumping the track. The fireman was drowned, but tho engineer leaped from the engine and saved liis life. The remainder of tho train stayed on the track, otherwise tihe loss of lifo might have reached' hundreds, as tho train was crowded.
