3 {' APPEAL TO PREMIER, r (By Telegraph.—Presa Association.) , Dunedlhj Novembftr 20;' : r At a meeting to-night of tlio Trades and Labour Council the following resold tions were carried :—"(1) That' the falf lowing telegram bo forwarded to the' , Prime Minister: "That this eo-micil apl peals to the' Prime Minister ajjd mem-- ' bers of Parliament to tako immediaio steps to bring about an end of- tlio present industrial upheaval by immediately passing into law a Bill providing that ' any shipping company, or other em-; j ployer, make it a, condition <af employmorit that workers shall ro.gi&tor under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbi-tr-a- ---(' tion Act.'
