Plaw, who is employed to " clean out the Harbour .Board offices, stated that while proceeding- to tho wharf ho was stopped by several men, ono of whom struck him in'the face. He * received a cut on tho cheek, and ] t i s eye was also cut. Tho doctor is afraid ' that he will lost the sight of ono eye.
