SMALLPOX QUARANTINE LIFTED. By Telegraph—Prois Aosoolatlon-OopyrleM (Rec. November 18, 8.15 p.m.) Sydney, November 18. It is stated that the quarantine embargo will be lifted off Sydney immediately, thus enabling passengors to travel freely throughout tho Commonwealth, without vaccination. (Rec. November 19, 1.10 a.m.) Sydney, November 18. One case of smallpox was reported in Sydney to-day. MR. COOK KNOWS NOTHING. (Rec. November 19, 1.20 a.m.) Melbourne, November 18. Mr. Cook (Prime Minister) said that he had no -information regarding the reported lifting of the quarantine embargo at Sydney. ■• '
