... At tho request of the suppliers to .tlioil'oko ci'qamory, tho directors of, the '.Stratford' Dairy, Company 'are installing a,casein extraction plant at Toko. In congratulating tho suppliers on their decision, Mr. Riohard Dingle, chairman of directors,: said-he. had heard, very good reports'of the industry from other Taranaki'companies. A plant is also being .-installed far Messrs Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., at their Defianco creamery, at Ashhurst. The raw material will, in both instances, be railed to tlie central drying station at Aramoho. Tho Aramoho casein factory is working, at full pressure at present, and before long it will bo necessary to work two shifts. Over forty tons of casein await, shipment at present. Some ,80,0001b. of skim-milk are required to produce a ton of casein. Tho strike is not affecting the company, as coal stocks are very heavy.. .
