ARBITRATION WORKERS.
THE OPEN DOOR, (By Telcßraph—FrSss Association.) WangadUi, November 14. Following the action of the president and secretary of tlio New Zealand Waterside Workers' Federation as previously telegraphed, members of tlio executive assembled in Wanganm, and a full meeting was held to-day. Those present were: Messrs. M'Carthy (president), A.. Burrows (vice-president), Goo. M'Kay (secretary), A. J, Smith (treasurer), J. Seal and P. Derinell. The following resolutions were unanimously carried: (1) "That the affiliated unions of tho New Zoataml Waterside Workers' Federation bo instructed to recognise all unions whoso , registration uiidcr the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration.Act Ims been accepted liy the of Industrial Unions. (2) To [civo the nomination of Mr. J. A. M'Cullough, as employees' refiresontativo on the Arbitration Court, tho full support of the Federation."
