TIMARU SHIPPING.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Timaru, November 13. The Storm is still held up. The Holmdalo got away for Hokitika about 4 p.m. Her crow gave notice at 2 p.m. yesterday, and, being ready at 12.30, the captain hauled off from tho wharf. After somo wavering the crew remained on board, except a fireman. Another was obtained, and tho boat got away. Tho Kairaki was paid off to-day, but another crew have been engaged, and she will get away to-morrow. Tho captain of the Holmdale sont to tho Department for an interpretation of the articles, and received tho reply: — "Coastal —Final port of discharge is tho port where tho vessel completes discharge of cargo after a round trip."
