EL Escott tabled tho following question: "Whether any complaint has reached the Government to tho effect that a member of tlio House of Representatives iiad used insulting language towards SergeantMajor Young, of the F Squadron, &i the afternoon pf November 5, and, if to, does the Government intend to tako any action in, the matter f" Tlio Hon. W. I\ Mnssay (Prime Minister) replied as follows; —"No direfet complaint has yet reached tho Justice Department, but if the honourable gentleman will supply particulars pf the occurrence the niattor will bo .investigated."
