Tho railway workers passed a resolution of sympathy with the waterside workers and other labour uiiions iii their fight for justice, and the rights of unionism. Colle&t-ioiis are being made on behalf of tho wives and children of strikers. Notwithstanding tho proda* mation of Timaru as a "scab'' port, tho local watefsiders show no disposition.' to join forces with tho Wellington strikers.
