As tho result of tho raffling of e motor-car at the recent Christian Brothers' Carnival, Charles Alexander Shiol was charged at City Police Court with having established a lottery by. which a' Ford motor-oar Waa competed for by means of a charge. Tho defendant was fined £10 with costs.
