-A good start was offeoted, and the field raced well in line for a furlong, hut as they passed the stand Lady Moutoa was showing the way to- Bon Reve and Sinapis. Goiiig out of tho straight and .racing roilnd Cutts'a, Royal Arms ' went -to tho front with Emperador and Lady Moutoa next, and then came Bon Reve and Sinapis, Tliras, and Haskayne, with Midnight Sun last. There was little change in the order as they ' ran past Cutts's, but Lady Moutoa there took charge, her nearest .attend--1 ants being Royal Arms, Bon Reve, and Emperador. Going to the seven-fur-long post; Emperador ran pa6t Lady Moutoa, while Sea Pink, on the outside, improved his position. So they Taced along tho back, but rounding the top turn Ariom momentarily showed in front, her nearest attendants being Sea Pink, Emperador, and Boh Revo.
