WAIMATE SHOW.
(By Teleeraph —Press Association.) Waimate, November' 6. The A. and P. Show held to-day was well attended and was a great success, though the weather was showery. This is the first show in the new. ground at "Waimato Settlement, recently acquired from the Government in exchange for the old show site. The new site contains 19 acres, beautifully situated, and is an ideal site. Mr. J. Dowthwaite was chief prizctaker in sheep with Border Leicesters and Lincolns, Mr. B. F. Whiney in Romne.vs and Corriedales, Messrs. Daigieish 8r05.,-secured a first with an aged entire, and Mr. A. Brown owned tho champion mare. There was excellent competition in all sections of tho show.
