THE MAYOR'S DECISION. "Convene a public meeting for the discussion of the industrial trouble," is what tlio Mayor has been asked to do by tho Hon. T. W. II is lop. Only .1 few days ago Mr. Luke was asked te do tlio same thing, and declined, and now ho lias declined again.
