LORD HALDAIDE'S SUGGESTION, By Telegraph—Wen* Association—Copyright (Roc. November 6, 10,35 p.m.)
Ottawa, Novomber 0,
The members of the Cabinet' decline to discuss Lord Haldano's (the British Lord Chancellor) suggestion for an Imperial moveable Privy Council (cabled yesterday). They agree, however, that tlio scheme answers the criticisms arising occasionally from Canada taking appeal cases to England, which is very costly. Ifc is pointed out, however, that the suggested Court might interforo with tho work of tho Canadian Supreme C-piu-t.
