FREE LABOUR READY. It is understood that a start will be made with free labour on tho wharves to-day. Tlio Shaw Savill, and Albion Co.'s steamer Athenic will probably berth at the Glasgow Wharf to finish taking in Home cargo. Tho vessel arrived at Wellington from Auckland on October 25 —two days after the now notorious "stop-work" meeting. She was scheduled to aail for London, via way ports, on Thursday. October 30. By that time, however, the strike was -in full swing, and, meantime, tho Athenic had been anchored in the stream.. .
