There was a violent scene in the Duma arising out of the alleged censorShip of the Pre3s in connection with the trial at Kieff of the Jewish clerk Beiliss for the alleged murdor of tho Christian lad Yushchinsky. It was stated that four editors had been sentenced during tho trial, twenty papers confiscated, and twenty-seven fined. Members denounced l the Government for not molesting anti-Semite papers that were inciting pogroms.
