It is understood they have informed' tho local agents that they will offer no objection to tho boats being loaded by free labour, but it is not likely such action will bo _ resorted to on any account, as there is a possibility ot such cargo being held up elsewhere. Consequently 110 boats will be sailing from hero in the meantime. Tho meeting decided to affiliate with tho Federation, of Labour.
